A unique blend of Deep and African-inspired Electronic House Music. Deeply rooted in my sound are deep afro baselines, infused with harmonic subtle flavours.

What are your highlights of the past year and what is planned for the future?

Connecting with artists nationwide and exploring new sounds. Becoming a member of Les Gout. A collective unifying people through the sounds of Deep and African-inspired Electronic House music.

What artists have inspired your DJ style?

Influenced by a range of styles which include Soulful House, Afro House and Afro Melodic. Artists like Manoo, Atjazz, Black Coffee, Louie Vega, Osunlade and Kerri Chandler have inspired me over the years with their ability to craft sounds that connect people on dance floors.

Making her Little South debut, Sugarshaker is no stranger to the South West dance music scene having played at clubs and festivals across the region. The curators of the West Cornwall raves are currently preparing for their next event scheduled for May 2025. This event will take place in the fields of West Cornwall, near the village of Zennor. A lineup of DJs, including Ambassador 626 Kavos, Charlie M, Deckhead, DJ Brady, Lady Embrace, Ste Ellis, and Steve Lid, among others, will be performing. The event is a collaborative effort involving prominent dance music promotion groups such as Raw Rotation, Inception, Kernow Rave Culture, and TNT.
