On 30th November 2024, Truro will host a notable dance music event featuring Rui Da Silva at the Old Bakery Studios. Known for Underground Sound Of Lisbon and his iconic track "Touch Me", we bring you one of Portugal’s greatest musical exports. Rui has earned his place as one of the best tribal/progressive-house producers in the world.


As a DJ, producer, and songwriter, Rui Da Silva is synonymous with pure electronic dance music. He has uniquely combined genuine underground respect with commercial success.

His talent has taken him to destinations across the globe, including Dubai, Colombia, Albania, Russia, Australia, Singapore, Germany, Greece, and the U.S. He has performed at world-renowned nightclubs and festivals such as:

Space (Ibiza), Ushuaia (Ibiza), Ministry Of Sound (UK), Cream (Liverpool), Rock In Rio (Portugal), DC10 (Ibiza) & Exit Festival (Serbia).

The curators of the West Cornwall raves are currently preparing for their next event scheduled for May 2025. This event will take place in the fields of West Cornwall, near the village of Zennor. A lineup of DJs, including Ambassador 626 Kavos, Charlie M, Deckhead, DJ Brady, Lady Embrace, Ste Ellis, and Steve Lid, among others, will be performing. The event is a collaborative effort involving prominent dance music promotion groups such as Raw Rotation, Inception, Kernow Rave Culture, and TNT.
